These reins are hand made here in the saddle shop from 12mm yachting rope, they are unbreakable and will almost last forever. The end of the reins are finished with a latigo leather popper. We make the slobber(bit) straps from solid leather; they are 12 1/2 inches long x 1 3/4 inches wide at widest point oiled and ready to use
